This privacy policy applies to the My Pocket Guitar Tuner mobile application (the “Application”) created by Bugga Software Limited Company (the “Service Provider”) as a free, ad-supported service. This service is provided “AS IS”.

Microphone Access

The Application requires access to your device’s microphone in order to detect the pitch of your guitar strings in real time. Audio is processed locally on your device and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted to any server. The microphone is used solely for live guitar pitch detection while you are using the Application.

Information Collection and Use

The Service Provider does not collect personally identifiable information directly through the Application. The Application does not require account creation or registration of any kind.

Third-Party Advertising

The Application is supported by banner advertising served through Google AdMob. These third-party services may collect device information used to provide and personalize advertising. We encourage you to review the relevant provider’s privacy documentation to understand how your data is handled:

Children’s Privacy

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that a child has provided personal information, please contact us at dev@buggasoftware.com so that we can take appropriate action.
